The triple screening measures the amounts of three substances in a pregnant woman's blood: alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and estriol (uE3). When a test for the hormone inhibin A is added, it's called a quad screening. This test can be done according to the doctor's desire. Take care.

Pregnancy tests are designed to tell if your urine or blood contains a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This hormone is produced right after a fertilized egg attaches to the wall of a woman's uterus. This usually happens -- but not always -- about six days after fertilization.

It may take several weeks after miscarriage that your pregnancy test report appears negative. Though this phenomenon is not certain and it depends on patient to patient as there are several circumstances affecting this. In general, your hormones take time to return to their pre-pregnancy levels after a miscarriage. Hcg or human chorionic gonadotropin remains high for several weeks after a miscarriage, resulting into a positive pregnancy report.

Slight bleeding or cramping as the embryo implants in your uterus (implantation bleeding)
Tender breasts that seem to be growing already!
Extreme tiredness. Yes, it might not just be too many late nights, after all!
Backache.

1) you can do a blood test for pregnancy to be 100% sure or still better you can do a usg examination to see the fetus 2) you can still repeat the hpt again now.
All at-home pregnancy test kits work by detecting a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) in the urine. An hcg kit should be stored between 4° c to 25° c for maintaining shelf life. Preferably, it should be refrigerated before use. It should be brought to room temperature before use.
