Get your tsh, blood sugar fasting and pp test done. Inyour case weaknessand lazziness may be due to low thyroid hormone level or inderal. Discuss with your doctor.

Your will need a dose adjustment of neomercazole along with appropriate supplementation with levothyroxine, depending on your symptoms. In your case I would check for appropriate thyroid antibodies to rule out "Graves disease" If this tests positive then I would recommend supplements that and control inflammation and modulate immunity. At some point of time you may have to consider Surgery or Radioactive ablation of thyroid.

Regular cold sneezing episodes could could be due to dns (deviated nasal septum) ent opinion and examination required. Your sugar levels are quite well controlled and metformin is first line drug for type 2 diabetes. You should continue that. Take it after breakfast instead so gastric symptoms will be less. Check your hba1c level. Try to keep it near 6.5. It is more reliable test.
