Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you.
No, I would not recommend keto. Instead, try this and you will surely lose weight.
Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise a...more

That's a great weight loss. When you quit Keto you might gain back 4-5 kgs as there will be water weight coming back. This will stabilise after the initial couple of kgs, so please don't worry when you stop the diet. Use multivitamins only if you feel the need, if you ate weaker losing hair weaker nails dull skin etc. You can use any otc multivitamins bought from a pharmacy. I will suggest you to take a vitamin c as well since keto foods lack in it seriously. If you find my answer helpful please...more

Tinea cruris is a dermatophyte, a type of fungal infection of the groin region in either sex, though more often seen in males. The fungicidal allylamines (naftifine and terbinafine) and butenafine (allylamine derivative) are a more costly group of topical tinea treatments, yet they are more convenient as they allow for a shorter duration of treatment compared with fungistatic azoles (clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, oxiconazole.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It would have been better if you had mentioned your current fasting and PP glucose levels, because without looking at that, difficult to give any opinion. Usually Melmet (metformin) should be fine. Thanks.

You have not mentioned if you have diabetes and hypertension. You must also understand that the age related decline in renal function is around 10 ml/min per decade after the age of fourty. Some times I see pts with mildly raised creatinine with no apparent reason apart from advanced age.
