Nebistar or concor are beta blockers and have very mild BP lowering action. With age as BP increases beta-blockers become less effective singularly and require additional medications. It will not be possible to prescribe the medication online without proper evaluation, so it will be better that you consult a cardiologist locally for treatment prescription.

Dear Nandkumar,
Lonazep is only a short term treatment for anxiety. May be for 2-3 weeks initially.
Once therapy or relaxation exercises take over, you don't need Lonazep.
For BP, please take Nebistar daily and Lonazep only sos. Anxiety increases BP and anxiollytic like Lonazep decreases BP.

You can try exercise and diet, and it may be possible to reduce or stop medicine gradually later. Reduce sugar jaggery and alcohol and starches in diet. Do not adhere to any additional diet restrictions, no matter how knowledgeable you feel you are.
