bp should be checked when patient is feeling normal, and she has rested for 10 mins. Recheck it again today and get medicine adjusted if it is still above 170.
If it is 160 measure weekly and wait. If it is below 160 continue with present medicines and measure every 2 weeks or monthly.

all BP medicines show this problem. Your medicine nebivolol causes such problems less than other BP medicines. Discontinue it for 2 weeks and see if it improves

Lack of sleep generally is not related to nebivolol tablet. However periodical review by your prescribing doctor is necessary to look out for any side effects like heart rate, diziness, light head etc.

Thanks for the query.
Usually if BP is well controlled with a single drug, then there is no need for additional drugs. But in your case doctor has already recommended Telmisartan, Chlotiazide and a beta blocker, means there is need for these drugs. Since no readings are mentioned, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Pulse rate between 60-100 beats per min is normal, if it is persistently below 60 then consult your treating physician regarding any change in dose or medication.
