Hi,
Your BP reading has lowered due to the intake of medicines. If you stop, it might go up again. Hence, act according to the advise of your doctor.

Not much effects on blood pressure though breathing with difficulty will lead to higher bp
Take a mild sedative but not anti anxiety agent like alprozalam

Your bp. You should not stop bp tablet or reduce it without consulting your physician. It only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.

Hi, my advice is to record bp twice a day, once in the morning and once in the night for 3 consecutive days to get any drug changed for bp. Heart rate of 60-65 is very much acceptable with nebicard. Not to worry. Kindly revert back with bp recording.
