Hi.
Metosartan is a combination of Telmisartan and metoprolol.
Nebicard is a medicine which belong to same drug class as metoprolol. Taking both is not suggested.
So you should not start nebicard and continue with Metosartan in the morning and Telmisartan in evening.
Thanks

No there is no problem. BP of 140 /80 is normal. Though upper one systolic is little high but at this age there will be always little stress. Still you should practice a healthy life style like regular walking of 30 to 45 minutes, avoid all sort of fried and rich foods, take less carb foods. Minimum sleep should be if 8 hours at night. Regarding pulse it is also normal. Nothing to be worry. Stay healthy. Thank you.

Poor diet raises triglycerides. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter fish etc. Decrease modern diet, it is recommended but not healthy, it increases triglycerides.

bp should be checked when patient is feeling normal, and she has rested for 10 mins. Recheck it again today and get medicine adjusted if it is still above 170.
If it is 160 measure weekly and wait. If it is below 160 continue with present medicines and measure every 2 weeks or monthly.

Dear lybrateuser,
-your pain could be due to acidity, do not miss meals, have meals at fixed timings, avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion
-do regular exercise for 20-30 min/day, also include yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning
-get your stress test done as advised by your physician so that any heart problem is ruled out
-the pain may not be due to the massage which you have taken.

These drugs are on long term and when disease remits then gradually taper off and withdraw over the years. Months.
