It could be due to indigestion commonly termed acidity. You could try over the counter antacids and omeprazole 20 mg tablet once daily. If you're getting these cramps it could be due to irritable bowel syndrome. But other problems like stomach ulcers, or gall bladder problems should be excluded.

Hi,
at your age, the cause of hypertension should always be ruled out that includes investigation such as echo to see aortic arch, some blood tests, urine for metanephrin and renal doppler.
To know how must you can optimize, what is the dose of nebicard t you are taking?
It should definitely be increased as bp and heart rate are still high.
Thanks.

Hello Sir,
Choice of antihypertensive medicines is done on the basis of comorbid disease and age of the patient.
Calcium channel blockers would suit to your profile. Betablockers like Nebilong should be avoided in diabetic patient and patient above 70 (It may be used in some heart problem or if BP not controlled with ARBs and Calcium channel blockers).
