If sexually active do urine pregnancy test if not active meet gynecologist for change in treatment.

If you have waited for 8 days after stopping and still did not get period then meet gynecologist to change hormonal treatment and reports.

No it is not normal.
And mostly because of the side effects of the pills.
My suggestion is to avoid these kind of hormonal pills as much as possible.
