Dear , anxiety disorder is a disorder and not a disease. You should understand the eifference between mental disorder and mental disease. Mental diseases are treated with medicines and mental disorders are treated with other holistic methods. I need to have more information so that I can help you wean off the medicines. Online counseling, psychotherapy and life style changes should help you. Post a detailed private question to me. I will help you manage your anxiety disorder. Take care.

I understand your concerns about medication safety, especially when taking multiple medications. Here's some general information about the medications you mentioned:

Fluanxol (Flupentixol): This is an antipsychotic medication often used for schizophrenia or other similar conditions. It can also be used in lower doses for depression.

Spenzo (Etizolam): This is a medication that is used for anxiety. It belongs to a class of drugs similar to benzodiazepines and has sedative and mu...more

I am not sure who got you hooked onto clonazepam, even though it reduces anxiety, it shouldn't be used on a longer run. On a longer run they will shrink your brain, resulting in early onset dementia, personality changes, memory changes, even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your anxiety evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off it and give pills for primary anxiety like ssri, snri or tca for longer run. All the best.

It does not significantly causes imbalance of bile. Keep tracking your LIVER FUNCTION TESTS at least once in a year.
Advice: Start tapering your lonazep dose and stop with the consultation of your psychiatrist other wise you will be dependant on lonazep.
Be motivated and relax I know that you can sleep without the b...more

Ativan and lonazep belong to same group (benzodiapine).
Its generally irrational to take both of these together on daily basis for any medical condition.
Consult a nearby psychiatrist for making your prescription more rationale.

All psychotropic drugs have side effects. If you focused instead on doing some therapy, you could well come out of the medication with little withdrawal symptoms. You must immediately seek help from a counselor. Your fear is creating an obsession and that will gradually lead to anxiety and compulsive behaviors. If the fear is of recent origin, you could perhaps identify it and deal with it. But if it is from the long past, then much work has to be done to sort that out. Sometimes this kind of ne...more
