• the way you deal with stress
• who you allow in your life
• what you do in your free time
• how you think about yourself

Hello Lybrate-user,
you can buy the Clindamycin phosphate + niacinamide combination gel for your acne treatment. This combination gel is prescribed for inflamed reddish acne. But use it according to your doctor's instructions, as prolonged usgae might lead to resistance.
Also, try general preventive measures like washing the face with water / soap for 3-4 times a day, avoid pricking the acne, avoid direct sunlight contact, avoid substances causing irritation when applied to the skin.

Levels of alkaline phosphatase, an enzyme in the blood, can be elevated by liver disease such as hepatic cancer, cirrhosis, fatty liver and hepatitis, or less serious conditions including pregnancy and over-the-counter drug use, poor bone health, or deficiency of vitamin D. The increased levels of this enzyme can be lowered by an appropriate treatment of the underlying disorder, along with certain dietary changes and lifestyle modifications.
So do consult us for homeopathic medicines.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From what you have mentioned it is clear that you are having diabetes. But there is no mention of either fasting or PP glucose levels as well as HbA1c%. Plus no information on which drugs you are on and their dosage. WIthout whihc there is no way to comment. Plus there is no information on weight, height, extent of daily exercise and dietary pattern. Thanks.
