Decrease in calcium levels is due to zoledronic acid. Sometime a dicy situation to treat both or TB only, specialy if histopathlogist is not able to diagnose. Moreover, sarcoidosis is a self limiting disease in most and do not require treatment in some.

You have not mentioned your TSH level.
In hypothyroid heart rate remains less(Sinus bradycardia).Hence effective control of thyroid status is must.Which is monitored by TSH level.
