did you ever check with your nose, you might be having either a deviated nasal septum or Inferior turbinate hypertrophy, of which Turbinate hypertrophy can to some extent be treated by nasal spray. but if DNS is something causing issue then it needs to be surgically treated

1. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily.

Nasal allergy is due to dust or pollen or any other substance that your body is irritated with. There is no easy cure for allergy. The best way is to avoid the allergen or move to a different city if the allergy is very troublesome. A skin prick test can help identify what you are allergic to. Salt water sprays in the nose can reduce your symptoms considerably.
