Hello, Deviated nasal septum is like bony deformity after trauma. If it is causing symptoms like nasal obstruction or sinusitis then It should be corrected. It will not be corrected by any medicine, it has to corrected by surgery only. Thank you.

Don't take ANTE ALLERGIC drugs, it will be harmful in long run.
Avoid dust n smoke.
Use nasal musk .
Vit c intake.
Saline water drops, instead of nasal spray.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and it’s better to avoid nasal drops and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

If you have nasal polyp you can do polypectomy and clear your nose. If you are feared to do , you can try to control the lockwith nasal drops or spray

It depends on what nasal sprays you use. There are oral medication for nasal polyp. Some nasal sprays cause irritation at the time when we use it.

Yes. Homeopathy offers good results. Fir this I need case details. In the meanwhile follow this
1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC.
