Influenza is a viral disorder and is self limiting and has no specific remedy for cure. Bed rest, Plenty of oral liquid, regular food intake and symptomatic medication for specific complaints helps. Fever and symptoms normally settle between 4-8 days. Keep warm and stay indoor in winter. Avoid extreme change of weather and crowded places as it spreads by air droplet particles. Annual Influenza Vaccine to be taken before onset of winter is available.

You may need to go with the medical prescription .it is advised to take the dose on a fixed time to ensure the effectiveness. If the prescribed intake is thrice a day it means, it should be taken after appropriate intervals. You may discuss your health issue and your medical history in more detail over a call so that right and effective consultation can be provided.
Thanks.
