Continue same treatment. This drops is safe for small babies and has no adverse effects as it is only saline drops and not any medicine. But if your baby has yellowish or thick mucus or have fever consult a pediatrician for further treatment.

Hi lybrate-user,
Cold in the form of nose block would need only nasoclear and that only will partially recover the open nose. But if there is running nose you need to see a pediatrician to get the right medicine. Both T minic and nasoclear, if required can be given together.

I suppose baby is not having fever and taking feed well and if weight is about 3.75 to 4.0 kg, you need not to worry. There is no need of either ambrodil or antibiotic which are of no use. Vomiting after feed is usually regurgitaion. Burping and right posture is solution. Saline nasal drop is safe and may be effective.
