Kindly use ortrivin containing sodium chloride for nasal blockage.
Do not use otrivin containing xylometazoline or any other content.
Otrivin s (nasal saline drops) can be used again and again for nasal blockage/mild cough/respiratory sounds/snorring.
It is salt water and safe in infants even if used again and again.
Don't place drops in both nose simultaneously as this will irritate the child as they breath from nose primarily. First place 2 drops in blocked nose and after 5-10 ...more

You can use it 2-3 times for 5 days. That would be enough. Take other symptomatic and preventive measures as usual.

Visit a dentist. The method of acidic micro abrasion, followed by remineralisation procedures, assures a considerable recovery of the dental surfaces affected by fluorosis. Best way is capping or veneers for upper front 6 teeth & lower front 6 teeth. Until then use tooth mousse tooth paste. Apply this paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Why would you need a disinfectant. While it sounds health conscious and a good thing in general to do, it may be unnecessary, unless you are having a skin problem. Again a skin problem will not appear if the body's defense wasn't weak to allow an infection to prevail in the first place.
