Do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day .Take UST followed by IFT for 15 days. Learn strengthening & stretching exercises from physiotherapist.

Sildenafil causes nasal congestion due to increased blood flow, you can use anti allergy medicines but a nasal wash with concentrated saline works better and is safer than oxymetazoline drops when sildenafil is being consumed.

probably it is due to change of environment. You need to get some investigations done.
Also what nasal drops are you using? If you are using xylometazoline or oxymetazoline, they should not be used for more than 5 days. They will also cause rhinitis medicamentosa leading to your symptoms. You can consult me anytime regarding further evaluation.
