I am fourth year medical students gender female age 22 years I have back pain that started 3 month ago and it was mid thoracic and iterscapular with burning sensation and I had to sit for longer time for study but it did not resolve even after correcting posture and it radiated to corresponding ribs and sternum at that time but it is now in interscapular region with feeling of burning pain and it occurs almost daily and worse with sitting sometimes and go away with walking go away with rest and nsaids naproxen I use but it does not work and I am taking snri trazodone on one of doctors prescription but I don't have any anxiety I am worried because of upper back pain I could not study and am disturb please tell me about my diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, I had cellulitis on my leg last week as well as some ear infection and was treating it with amoxicillin. Both got resolved, however 4 days into taking the antibiotic another infection appeared on my armpits. It only worsened over the next days. There are many small bubbles filled with pus and on my left armpit I have a swollen lymph node. Yesterday my right ear started hurting again as well. I went to today the doctor (currently in colombia) but the prescribed treatment seems odd so i'm asking for a second opinion. I got pocaotil for my ears and naproxen, cefradina and albendazole. Why would I be prescribed albendazole for my condition is what I don't understand. And shouldn't I be given any topical medication for my armpit infection? Any tips really appreciated!

Albendazole was recommended by the doctor due to a bacterial infection, but as a homoeopathic doctor, I believe this type of issue can be well treated with homoeopathic medications like apis 200 & silicea 200 without experiencing any adverse effects. Taking antibiotics too often or for the wrong reasons can change bacteria so much that antibiotics don't work against them.

I am having headache on right side of my head during which am having pain in my eyes also. Eye becomes red and watery along with running noise. Its been 15 days were am having such pain in midnight. Same pain I observed one year ago but then it vanished suddenly after 1 week but this time it been more than 15 days. As medicines am taking sumatriptan and naproxen which gives me relive during its onset. Please let me know if any other treatments should I take. I did consulted to general physician and he said these are cluster headache also I am not having any issues with vision, weakness in limb, speech or balance. It just that intense pain in my right eye and right side of the head.

My son his age 9 year, suffering juvenile idiopathic arthritis since June 2017. While riding bicycle he had fallen, his left knee has swelling and pain after X ray no bone broken, about 20 days his left knee has again swelling and pain, I went doctor with son, doctor done all test including MRI and declared that his suffer from juvenile arthritis. I went cmc vellore with my son for treatment. Doctor given some medicine, naproxen 250, folvite tab 5 mg, folitrax 10 mg, junior lanzol 15 mg, and ostocalcium. These medicines run about 2 month, but not cure. After doctor decided that gave asteroid his left knee. After asteroid his left knee was done but his right knee has swelling and pain start. Present time his treatment has going by Dr. komal Bhatt in dehradun. But not fully completed. Please give me right direction.

Hi Since 15 to 20 days I was getting weired pain in different parts of the head and a sharp buzzing noise like beep noise in the ears and also pain for few seconds in the ear. So when I consulted doctor he said it might be either tension headache or Migraine and had asked me to take Naprosyn 250mg fir 15 days but I still don't see any improvement in my headache. The headache keeps moving near the forehead or temple areas or back side of head or in the back side of nose. Since 2 days slightly a pricking sensation near the chest. I'm really worried. Today I visited Doctor again and told him the same. He examined me my BP was 130/90 and pulse 79 and doctor on the prescription mentioned as frontal sinus, tension headache and dull boring headache and prescribed new medicines for 15 days one is Censpram Lite and the other is B-fit-CD. He said use these tablets your headache and ear pain will reduce. While purchasing the tablets the medical shop person told me that the Censpram lite is a anti depression tablet and will just relax and put you to sleep and B-FIT-CD is a Vitamin tablet. They are saying we don't know whether it will help you to recovery. Now I'm scared and worried after the medical shop person told me this. My question is can I go ahead with these 2 tablets what my doctor has suggested me and will they help me from my headache and ear pain problem? Please advice. Thanking you

My friend is suffering from headache from past couple of years. All of sudden pain get started and remains for 2-4 hours. Once she gets sleep then only she gets relief. In this condition she is not able to concentrate on any of activity and gets disturbed, even she could not eat food properly. Now it has become a regular activity whenever she is on phone or think something or doing nothing this paid gets started and she suffers badly. She has gone to some doctors but still the same issue is occurring. I am unable to find out any specific reason for the same.
