No need to take any medicines before taking vaccine.
After taking vaccine, to reduce pain you can take paracetamol
if developing fever, can continue paracetamol.

The ear condition you have mentioned takes at least 2-3 weeks to heal completely.

U need to consult a doctor and get checkup done. Don't self medicate for more days. The condition may get serious.

May be he is having abdominal discomfort - give him 1 ml of ranydol spas syrup - this can be repeat after 4 hours if required.

You should use crocin drop for fever and pain if needed but not before 6 hr. Coriminic drop you may continue for cold. If synonyms persist consult a pediatrician.
