Hi. Pimples can be treated by creams that contain benzoyl peroxide, adapelene, clindamycin, dapsone, nadifloxacin, azelaic acid, nicotinamide and many more. Scars can be treated by tretinoin creams, various procedures like microdermabrasion, subcision, microneedling. Consult a dermatologist to know what suits you best.

Stop applying all cosmetics. Wash face with a good oil control face wash. Apply lactocalamine lotion plus alovera pulp combination as a daily cosmetics. Apply Nadifloxacin gel at night after face wash.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts.
