Dear lybrate-user, liv 52 would not provide much benefit in digestion. I assume your digestive system is weak that is why you are struggling to gain weight.
Here is my tip
have himalaya bael once daily
take enterogermina once in 10 days increase your dairy products intake.
Get minimum 8 hours sleep
increase sunlight exposure.

Hi .pcod is a problem in which hormonal disturbance is there .ovalife n met r not hirmones so these would not really help to get periods .I can suggest a better n herbal treatment for PCOS and for cycle too but I need some of your reports.

Yes u need to count from first day of your menstruation.
But you are too Young you can try Ayurvedic drugs if not got results then go for Harmonal treatments.
