The chances of conception with one ovulatory cycle is around 6 percent. You can also get your tubes tested snd also try assisted reproductive techniques like IUI.

You can take a combination of letroze and hmg or clomid and hmg as required with close follicular monitoring. These may cause multiple pregnancy

Exactly it cannot be said that when it will rupture, it is possible that it may rupture the next day or on the same day. But in both the cases there are chances of pregnancy so you need not to worry for that. If you are going for iui then do it twice for consecutive days, or going for natural then then regular intercourse for 3-4 days.

Single failed cycle can't be termed as failure of treatment. It's natures rule to pick up good ova and pregnancy. You should continue same treatment for 3-4 cycle before advancing to next plan of iui.

Please note that your AMH is on the lower side, generally we recommend some tablets for improving the AMH and the do IUI.
