Asked for female, 27 years old from Ahmedabad

Hello, I am a 27 years married woman with a known history of pcod from past 7 years. My height is 5'3" and weight fluctuates between 52-53 kg max. I have undergone several inductions with both clomid and letroz combined with hmg inj. In two cycles for conception. Have also done hsg ,reports are all normal. My blood test and husband's semen analysis reports are normal. Last month I have also undergone IUI but it failed. I have changed even my lifestyle including proper diet and yoga, walking.Now my concern is should I go for few more cycles of IUI or should I opt for laparoscopy or ivf or some other? Thanking you for the valuable advice.

If only one cycle of IUI has been done, you may go for 2 more cycles, and since your tubes are patent, hysteroscopy along with some next level investigations may be required next.

I am 31 yes female, trying to conceive since 2014, I was on HMG injection and siphene, ccq,nothing worked out, later took treatment from other doctor, he prescribed me FSH injection (follicular 75 IU, and siphene 100 mg, I got conceive and miscarried in 19th week, it was iui pregnancy, after 2 months of miscarried got same treatment done and iui done, not sure if it worked or not but I got my periods, again got same procedure done on 11 Oct and was supposed to check on 25th of this month, but urine test and blood test came out to be negative but strange part is I still have all pregnancy symptoms like fatigue, abdomen cramps, ovarian pulling, severe back pain, stuffy nose. And I have still not got my period s. My question is can I still b pregnant after both test? If not why do I have pregnancy symptoms.

No you can't be pregnant if every test is negative you are tired due to visiting fertility clinics and taking treatments go for ivf baby success rate is high in reputed infertility center and get counseling done about it cost is same and success rate is high.

Mam, I am 32 years old married women, I want to conceive. My hormones reports are normal, husband semen report is normal. Thyroid ia normal. But I ve 2 cm. Fibroid in subserosa part of uterus. Plus my tvs report sees ,that my egg forms but dominant one ruptures before ovulation. I have given clomiphene, letrozole and hmg injections. My periods are normal. My weight is 62. I ve never ever taken any pill, nor do I smoke or drink. What should I do mam.

The treatment seems right. For full assessment il have to check your reports. You seem to have unexplained infertility in which both the husband and wife are fine but infertility is there due to uncertain reasons. Be positive, you will conceive soon.

I was given letroz, ferticure f and obimet tablet. But my follicles are not growing it remains the same. I was given hmg injection on day 10 but till my follicles are not growing. Should I do any other test. I have taken femilon for mensuration to occur this month which was given due to high e2 level of 65 on december. After which I was asked to test tsh, prolactin, lh and vitamin d. I have vitamin d deficiency around 15 (so I am taking neuro d3 every week). Doctors decide we have to go for iui or ivf as I have not conceived for the past 3 yrs. But out of 3 years I had follicle growth only once. What can be my problem doctors are trying different medicine I am afraid.

Hi,
I don't know your age. You may have resistant ovaries. Do amh blood test. Can do ivf, in ivf we give higher dose injection, you will respond. Follicles will grow. Get back with amh blood test report.

Inj hcg is given when follicle size >18 mm. Egg ruptures 36 hrs after giving inj hcg. Your endometrial thickness is good ,if your doctor has advised then take inj hcg.

Hi doc, I am trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with pcod in 2019. And from then under medication from july. Myocyst m, evaserve, duphaston. In september from september I am on ovulation induction .took letroz 2.5 mg from d2-d7 and lupride injection. After scanning on 13th day found ovulation was successful. Last month again on 12th october got periods .was on siphene 100 mg from 2-d6. Took inj hmg 150 im on 11th day, ing hcg 5000iu on 12th day and inj lupride on 13th day. Was expecting to get pregnant but unfortunately got my periods today. Husband semen analysis is also normal. Kindly suggest how to extend family. We are very eager to extend family. As it's been 4.5 years of our marriage. Looking forward for your response.

I have pcos. I took diane 35 for 4 months. After that I have administered with letoval tablet for 5 months. When I took scan 13th, 15th and 18th day the follicle size was reduced and I had retention cyst. To clear this again I took krimson tablet for 2 months. After that the retention cyst is not there. This month I took clofert from 2nd day for 5 days. When I took the scan on 9th day the follicle size in the right ovary was 10x5 and et was 6.8, and I was administered with hmg injection on 9th and 10th day and I took scan on 12th day. On 12th day the follicle size is reduced to 9x5 and et is 6.0. Can you please let me know why follicles are reducing after the injection}? Will I get chance to conceive this month}?

I think there is some mistake. follivlea tend to grow at 3 mm per day.

From day 3 to 7 I took laser 2.5 mg on day 8 I took hmg injection 150 iu on day 10 I took ovidrel trigger shot on day 12 I got my iui done I was prescribed duphaston 10 mg twice daily cyclogest 400 mg for 14 days. On day 15 which is 3dpiui I saw little blood in my discharge in the afternoon then at the very same night I saw very little discharge with a light hint of brown color then from that day onwards that is from 4dpiui I am dry I have no discharge no sore or sensitive boobs or nipples no nausea no cervical mucus. I am 9dpiui now with dry vagina (no discharge no cervical mucus). Does that mean I didn't conceive and my iui failed? Please tell me I can't even sleep I have now headache.

Hi mam I had pcod and I have more tiny tiny cysts and I don't have any hormonal imbalance and my all blood hormone test reports are normal and I have regular periods but my Dr. told I am not ovulating instead of taking letrozole and hmg inj and I can't be pregnant being trying for 2 years and my Dr. prescribed me normoz for last 3 months and this month she prescribed normoz and metformin after taking this medication I had severe nausea and vomiting sensation so what to do mam and what to do to get pregnant fast mam.

What is the dose of letroze that you are taking? If usual dose does not work, extended treatment may help in ovulation.

I am having pcos I am married I am taking treatment for fertility since 1 yr. Doctor told me that you have to lose some wait from 72 kgs to 63 kgs I lost it but periods are not regular without medication I am not getting periods. And also I had 2 ovulation induction treatment which includes letrozole, hmg injections, progynova,by seeing follicular study upto 18th day my follicle is not growing more than 8 mm. And endometrial thickness also not growing more than 8 mm and after 2 cycles with these medications doctor told me to stop treatment for 4 months as her wish we stopped and continued to take contraceptives like novelon tablet .pls tell me the route cause for y follicle is not growing.

We can say the
reason for not developing itâs unknown ,better to stop treatment for 4months ,better not to use contraceptive pills as they cause an ovulation
