There is no ill effect for you, while using lidocaine gel. If it is severe pain, it is better to go for vaginal dilatation under short anesthesia by a Gynecologist. Otherwise conjugal bliss will be tarnished by the pain with psychological trauma.

Mostly it's a viral/toxin mediated
try to maintain body water with
rice salt water/dal water/coconut water, ors etc, keep patients
if baby has poor urine output, feel lethargic, poor oral acceptance i.e. Excessive vomiting.

Hello, lidocaine is classified as a category B drug, so safe to be used in pregnancy and lactation. In your case, it is just a topical use (cream), so the absorption into the body systemically and its secretion in breast milk is very less and would not pose any such risk for the infant during breast feeding.
