No role of anti fungal (candid ointment) as you mentioned having bacterial infection rather you may apply T bact (Mupirocin ointment) which is effective against bacterial infection.

The nerve pain is due to long standing diabetes. That is what will lead to recurrent ulcers on feet. Please moisturise feet daily. Take treatment immediately if there is any sign of infection. Control diabetes and blood pressure well. Do not let her walk barefoot

If its a superficial would then clean it daily with betadine solution and apply mupirocin ointment and do dressing daily. If it is very deep then visit your nearest doctor for better assessment and to rule out infection or deep tissue trauma.

Podowart application is generally done as an office procedure as the concentration of the solution is strong and there are chances of burns. Now that you have developed wound you have to apply an antibiotic cream like fudic cream or mupirocin ointment daily twice till the wound subsides and then if the wart is still persisting it is better to consult a dermatologist in your area.

I think your wound has got a secondary infection and needs to be shown to a doctor.
Doesn't look like you have to worry about cancer but infection in the breast can lead to abscesses. Please take a professional opinion in person.

Take bath after exercise with Cetrimide or Savlon soap. Avoid sweating at other times. Increased sweating can block the sweat and sebaceous glands at the hair follicles and cause boils to happen. You may apply Mupirocin cream twice a day till the boils completely resolve.

These may be epithelial blebs. Some times, due to superficial trauma, under the epithelium fluid may get collected causing blebs. These are painless, and can be ruptured by a sterile needle. You may then apply neosporin or mupirocin ointment twice a day till the ulcers heal.
