Hello, there are various brands of multivitamins available otc. Based on your nutritional requirement, it may change. So, I suggest you to consult once so that a suitable multivitamin can be recommended. Suppose if you have b complex vitamin deficiencies, then multivitamins should contain more of b12 or vitamin b complex supplements. If you have iron deficiency, then it should contain iron supplements. I hope you understand what I am trying to convey.

Why do you need this medicine. If your appetite is ok n no problem in digestion, then you do not need supplements. Also its not gauranteed that the vitamins that this tablet provide will be absorbed in your system. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
