Hello
you can take any multivitamin and multi-mineral tablet of any brand as they are more or less same.just consider three points.
1) skip products marked for stress, weight loss, heart health or other health conditions.
2)Pick a brand that packs no more than 100% of Recommended Daily Allowance.
3)Multivitamin and multi-mineral tablets are not a replacement of a balanced diet.

Hi,
Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you.
It's best to not consume any tablets unless you are advised to by a doctor. As far as multivitamins are concerned, try to get them naturally through diet instead of tablets.
Have at least 4 to 5 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Eat balanced diet.
We are here to guide you. For a detailed and customized diet plan, feel free to leave a message.
Eat healthy, stay healthy
Regards

Hye.
Thank you for your query.
Most multivitamins have added fillers, additives or stabilisers, binders.
We usually may not take a multivitamins for long. Also you need to take supplements only if you are deficient in them or due to medical reasons your needs have increased.
Look at the label for details of the supplement and whether they contain any fillers.
