Yes .u may take .as the zandu pancharishta is just a herbal digestive tonic, it may not pose a big problem to take it with multivitamins.in specific, as the scientific data regarding the drug interactions between multivitamins and zandu pancharishta is not available as of now, I would suggest you to alternate the timing of either drug.

Usually with Multivitamin tablet this problems does not occur..
If you feel it is the cause...then stop the tablet for few days and if really it goes then change the Multivitamin to other brand...

Yes, you can use. But stop taking after 3 months and if you want to continue check if the limit is within the normal values, there should be no toxicity. A to Z multivitamin tablets are good.
