you are over weight, with bmi 27.81kg/m2, this is one of the reasons for improper control of blood sugar. But still 183 mg/100 ml, is not that bad. If you are really serious on reducing weight then exercising is a must. How to take out time is your decision. One way is to have a tread mill machine at home and exercise. Please let me know the hba1c%, which gives an idea about long term sugar control.

I have some problem like sugar, thyroid, prostate, blood pressure, heart blocks ngeogram through standing and 2 smll blocked hear (10 and 30present )and some cough and nose swelling .now medicine take :-1) razod morning beforfood 2) thyrox 100 morning before food 3) tripride1 after take breakfast 4) veltam plus after breakfast 5) tellzy40 after breakfast 6) calonix c after breakfast 7) mucinac600 after lunch 8) fluvir after lunch 9) nurokind gold after dinner 10) ecosprin gold 20 after dinner 11) cilny10 after dinner 12) tripride1 after dinner 13) fluvir after dinner take now all test report:- blood hemoglobin 11. 1gms% blood sugar fasting 226 mg/dl blood urea 28 mg/dl s.creatinine 1.18 mg/dl serum cholesterol 125 mg/dl serum triglycerides 183 mg/dl hdl cholesterol 32 mg/dl serum ldl cholesterol 56.40 mg/dl vldl 36.60 tc/hdlc ratio 3.91 ldlc/hdlc ratio 1.76 2 hour after blood sugar 371 t.s.h 10. 10miu/ml then how to all about control sugar and thyroid?
