I suppose baby is not having fever and taking feed well and if weight is about 3.75 to 4.0 kg, you need not to worry. There is no need of either ambrodil or antibiotic which are of no use. Vomiting after feed is usually regurgitaion. Burping and right posture is solution. Saline nasal drop is safe and may be effective.

Dear, You are very sensible to mention the baby weight because it’s very important to prescribe any medication. Next important thing is that are you feeding the baby while lying down. Please make sure that one must not feed babies at night while lying down. One must sit and feed the baby and tap baby back till baby burps and then make them lie down to sleep.
