Your symptoms suggest that you might be having viral pharyngitis with fever, start tab cefixime 200mg twice a day, tab montair fx once a day at bedtime, tab pcm 500mg thrice a day and syp mucolite 5ml twice a day and saline gargles and take plenty of fluids for 5 days, if symptoms worsen consult a nearby physician or ent specialist.

Not an issue, it's a viral infection, give anti allergic drops like T minic and anti cough drops like mucolite, also use some saline nasal drops, slightly massage the Base of nose.

Mucolite sr capsule is best! twice daily for 5 days. Do not take otrivin. Use nasoclear which will cleanse the passage only. Though not good relief, it is safe for now. Also use karvol plus steam inhalation capsules and do steam inhale with water everyday.
