You can take cyra d, mucaine syrup to be taken 30 mins before food or 2 hrs after food, mucaine syrup can cause constipation so drink plenty of fluids, avoid taking any important heart medication 30 mins before or after using mucaine syrup. Also fever cough and cold require further testing and antibiotics.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc....more

U should not take any medicine without doctors advice. U can do this

most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind
diet:
fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured are very useful for fast result.
Use= good quality anti acne face scrub / massage cream /neem face wash
stay healthy.
