Step 1: Swallow the mifepristone pill with water.
If you throw up in the first hour (60 minutes) after swallowing Mifepristone, it is likely that the pill will not work.
Step 2: Wait 24-48 after swallowing Mifepristone.
Step 3: Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen 1 hour before using misoprostol.

Ibuprofen is fine for pain relief. It should be taken with caution and not very frequently. You can take it at an interval of 6-8 hours preferably with food.
