hello haripriya, infants usually r not given any cough syrups as they r not required . if the baby bdoesnt have fever, active, feeding & sleeping well, has only dry cough , no need to worry. pl keep the baby well hydrated & give some steam inhalation.. Post viral coughs ususally subside in 3-4 weeks.

For fever start dolo 650mg 8 hourly
