For ectopic pregnancy you have to undergo laproscopic salpingectomy or open surgery (laparotomy). Or if duration of pregnancy is less you can be given inj methotrexate (Medical management. D&C is not done for ectopic pregnancy.
You should immediately consult a gynaecologist after seeing your ultrasound report and your general condition she will decide wether you need laparotomy OD laparoscopy or medical management. Don't delay treatment as that cause problems.

Since all embryos are grade a blastocysts, you can go for a frozen embryo transfer later if your remaining blastocysts have been frozen.

If you have irregular bleeding still continues after d&c and sonography shows retained products, you need to get your hysteroscopic removal of retained products for preventing adhesions in uterine cavity - sometimes leading to infertility or abortion in future again.
