Hello, If you are taking amoxyclox since 5 days then no need of moxikind cv 625. Both are antibiotics. If after complete antibiotic course chest infection with cough persists then once visit physician. Let him examine you and then take medicines. Consume warm water. Take steam two times a day.

Consult your family doctor for tossex or corex. Cough syrup.
You find any problem ask again.

- follow some measures for your problem:- do steam inhalation twice a day
-have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup, avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- take syrup zedex, 10 ml three times a day
- have a teaspoon of honey in the morning after breakfast
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods
- keep well hydrated
- get checked by a doctor & if required he may prescribe you a course of antibiotics, do not self medicate.

If you care for your child then never give any medication without consulting a doctor... Every time same Medicine are no useful...
According to the symptoms it changes.. the dose varies...the duration also...
So better Consult and take proper treatment...

I advice you to take antibiotics for twice a day for three days..
then the infections and pain would have reduced a little..

take an xray and check the condition of teeth..
mostly restoration is done for dental caries..

the medications will give Only temporary relief..because the pain and discomforts will reduce after medicines. but the infections will reoccur and spread more leading to root canal treatment..

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.
