There is a way to treat drug- induced hepatitis. We should stop all att, then introduce the first- line drugs in small doses, one by one, repeating sgot/sgpt ay regular intervals. There is no need to add a second-line drug like moxifloxacin.

you need complete eye checkup under slit lamp exam,& DDO under mydriatic to diagnose the eye problem. U should send previous treatment papers which will help in making accurate diagnosis.

Eye drops do not usually cause damage over such short period, even steroid eye drops. Continued use over years can lead to cataract. But if there is an underlying infection which did not get treated properly, there is a high probability of loss of vision due to pus collecting in the eye or ulcers developing over the eye.
