Yes kitmox eye drops can be used, one drop four times daily. However, if you do not see any improvement in one or two days, better to go for a proper consultation with an ophthalmologist.

Redness, watering, discharge (purulent depending on type of conjunctivitis), sometimes sensitivity to light. Moxicip may help you depending on which type of conjunctivitis you have. If you want to know the drops kindly send us your photo of both the eyes each clicked separately.

Moxicip is good but gatifloxacin is better. Symptoms are redness, swelling, sticky discharge, pain, irritation in eyes.

Dear Sandeep, this is a common sequence in many conjunctivitis. Sometimes, the spots will persist for many years , but gradually fade off. You don't have to be concerned abt the sight in future.
