I had a sore throat and pharyngitis few days back for which I had take Moxifloxacin tablets M Cin (5 nos) and is cured but over the last week I am feeling heavy headedness and uneasy and a feverish feeling the entire day. When I do steam inhalation I feel bit better but again its the same. Please advice.

- Do steam inhalation twice a day
- also regularly do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- avoid fried spicy & junk foods
- take tablet Okacet - C, 1 tablet twice a day after meals
- get x- ray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any other problem.

My mother is suffering with viral or bacterial infection in her eye as diagnosed by an eye doctor. She was prescribed moxifloxacin eye drop 1 hour once. She is using the drops from past 2 days, even though her pain and swelling near the eye have not reduced and she has continuous watery discharge from her eye. And her pain increases intensity increases.

I used moxifloxacin eye drops and neem tubes through doctor consultation after using it for three days the pain and redness minimized and after that I ate egg again the redness started and tears are coming like anything. So both are same.

I am suffering from viral conjunctivitis from rt eye I am not able to see clearly one doc prescribed me. Nepafenac ophthalmic suspension + moxifloxacin opthalmic solution + ganciclovir ophthalmic gel with medicine diclofenac sodium & serratiopeptidase tablets and another one given .ciprofloxacin + fluorometholone +azithromycin tablets 500 mg + levocetirizine tab + paracetamol tab which one is good.

Thank you for your guidance sir. I had taken her to ent specialist yesterday, she recommended amoxicillin syrup, montral syrup and moxifloxacin ear drop. I had started medicine from yesterday except eardop bcoz it was not in medical shops. But I noticed from yesterday evening discharge is not coming out from ear. Little bit inside that I cleaning every time. please guide should I put drop now also or I can skip it.

Hello I am sourav bhattacharjee age - 30 taking antibiotic eye drops and steroid eye drops like ap drops lp, bepovis, moxifloxacin eye ointment, sayofresh eye drop since 5th may 2021 for itching, red eyes, water coming from eyes. Yes you can safely take the vaccine. Antibiotics and steroids given as eyedrops or ointments have insignificant or no effect on the rest of the body. Rest assured and take the vaccine.

I'm a tb patient and I was initially asked to take the regular att medication. Soon, it led to extreme nausea and vomiting and caused a spike in my sgpt and sgot. I couldn't continue with the same medication and hence the medication was changed to solonex 300, moxifloxacin 400 and ethambutol 1000. Can I avoid rifampicin and pyrazinamide which were present in the previous medication as they were causing an adverse effect on me? And can I continue with the new medication as my permanent medication?

There is a way to treat drug- induced hepatitis. We should stop all att, then introduce the first- line drugs in small doses, one by one, repeating sgot/sgpt ay regular intervals. There is no need to add a second-line drug like moxifloxacin.
