Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Avoid outside food completely. Take vegetable daliya, besan cheela, moong dal cheela or dhokla / idly sambhar without coconut chutney / Paper dosa with sambhar only. For breakfast. Get allergy skin prick/phadiatop adult screenig done. If allergen are triger,start immunotherapy.Can try intranasal steroid during jan -march. As problem is seasonal,trigers being allergens are very high.
