I have a pain in my ear from day before yesterday. I went to a doctor yesterday he told me that I am having a scratch in ear and he gave me an bacterial antibiotic a anti infective drop and a pain killer. But as the day passed my pain has increased n now its unbearable by evening. What I have to do next. Moxclav 625 zerodol sp and otec ac along with a to z multivitamin.

I have corn removal surgery 9 days back. Doctor advised to take moxclav 625 for 3 times a day for 10 days. Wound is not healed as expected. How much time will take to heal this wound? How much time I have to take this medicine. Please advise.

I suppose baby is not having fever and taking feed well and if weight is about 3.75 to 4.0 kg, you need not to worry. There is no need of either ambrodil or antibiotic which are of no use. Vomiting after feed is usually regurgitaion. Burping and right posture is solution. Saline nasal drop is safe and may be effective.

Writing on behalf of my wife who is suffering from cellulitis (Right Leg) since 15th this month. Has fever too, max risen to 100 F. She was affected with this disease first in 2006 and later also she suffered thrice but were mild, not severe like the first one. The first treatment was done by intravenous injections then. The mark of that very first disease left big scar on her right leg and normally her right leg get affected although the very first time both legs suffered. As festival season has begun here, no doctor (Dermatologist) was available and luckily found a doctor (Medicine) who checked her up and suggested Moxclav 625, Ervol and calpol 650 (SOS). Moxclav thrice a day after meal and Ervol twice a day before meal. I need your kind suggestion. Fever sometimes rises to 100 F but normally 98 F exists.

If after taking antibiotics for 13 days, and doing betadine gargle 3 times a day, still you can see vesicles in the throat, you need to take a swab for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity, and take culture specific antibiotics. Please consult an ENT surgeon who will do the needful in this regard.
