Nothing as such will happen.You don't need to be fearful of thesame if this happened just once.But you should be careful with the dosage whenever it is being administered.If this happens regularly then it can be dangerous.

Maxtra is fine. For mild fever use paracetamol drops. Only if needed antibiotics should be used. Antibiotics are generally safe medicines. But they should be used only if necessary.

Complete the course of medicine prescribed by doctor. Start warm saline gargle regularly at least three times daily. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.
