Hello lybrate-user antibiotics (moxclav) should not be given until they are prescribed after examination for your child you can give Syp. Atarax 0.7 ml three times a day for 3 days and she should be better if not consult.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for CBC Mp widal UrineR and follow up with reports.

Nothing as such will happen.You don't need to be fearful of thesame if this happened just once.But you should be careful with the dosage whenever it is being administered.If this happens regularly then it can be dangerous.

Maxtra is fine. For mild fever use paracetamol drops. Only if needed antibiotics should be used. Antibiotics are generally safe medicines. But they should be used only if necessary.
