For hair whitening - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home)

Hello, Thanks for the query.
In hypothyroidism, it is essential to maintain TSH between 3 to 4 mU/l, at that level, most of the symptoms are in check. Hair loss usually is the last symptom to improve. Since there is no mention of either TSH level or Levothyroxine dosage, so difficult to comment. Thanks.
