Please use minoxidil twice a day both after washing your hair with diluted shampoo which will become mild and do not use any styling spray or gel if you want it so dont use minoxidil before it. Thank you.

It is not necessary to wash every time and besides, you should t apply shampoo on scalp or for head wash.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Someone must have advised you to use minoxidil, yes females can use 2% solution and males 5%. One of the side effects is hair fall! it takes months for new follicles to grow. I can suggest some home remedies to strengthen the follicles- 1) apply curd on scalp, leave it for 1 hour, wash with shampoo. 2) vinegar on scalp like curd does help 3) so does lemon juice for oily hair but why should a healthy woman shed more hair at 25? get thyroid tested, wash with ketoconazole shampoo easily available o...more
