I always have cold starting from Morning to noon or sometimes full day. If I have allergy medicines its fine. I take montemac fx when I feel colds too much. I took these meds for 2 months, but as soon as they are off. It starts again. Please let me know what further steps should I take.

It is good to use Ebastine and montelukast. Ebastine is a second-generation antihistamine which has been shown to be an effective treatment for both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.

Since many days same symptoms is there means. You should undergo detailed evaluation of your conditions
do spirometry, basic blood test like cbc with aec, s. Ige and chest xray if needed do sputum tests and ct scan chest.

Hello concern doctor's, 3 months ago I started having breathing shortness which let me taken diagnosis so far like digital xray on chest, haematology test, spirometry test, ecg and all reports came out normal but chest specialist doctor gave me medicines like doxolin, superia, clarinova, asthakind, abflo sr, telekast tablet. It somehow relieved the seriousness but did not cured me completely. After probably 2 months from my first check up, I feel tightness on my throat and lungs together and went to ENT doctor and given me esokem 40 mg tablet and its been 3 days already I took the medicines but do not find much difference. I usually experienced more tightness on my throat and chest right after having food which gives me difficulty to breath so, can anyone help me out which doctor do I need to go to and what diagnosis can help ruled out the actual problems?

Hello doc my age is 34. I do not have any bad habits. But I have the problem of chronic bronchitis from 10 years. My pulmonologist always suggesting me antibiotics for my cough mucus and chest pain. But those are temporarily working ,last month my doctor suggested pecef 200 mg, telekast n omnacortil20 mg for 1 week. Am k but I want permanent solution for my problem. Can use omnacortil20 mg steroid for a long time? Is it safe? Am totally worried about my problem. Any body please provide permanent solution medically any home remedy?

Please ask your pulmonologist to check spirometry serum ige and inhalers only to the best possible
reduce triggers
do not over eat do not eat after 7 pm
keep stomach a little empty
identify unsuitable foods
reduce dust exposure
drive mobile with full helmet
daily salt gargle steam inhalation
proper inhalers may prevent oral steroids.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My wife is a asthma patient from childhood. Having breathing problem. So she visit to a pulmonologist and Dr. Advise her to chest X-ray, Total IGE test and spirometry test. As per all reports chest X-ray report is Normal, total IGE 140.6 IU/ml and spirometry report is not very good. And Doctor prescribed Synchrobreathe Seroflo 250 inhaler twice a day and Telekast tablet one daily basis for two months. But I am not very satisfied with doctor because as per doctor Patient cannot recover completely. So Kindly suggest and advice me what to do and prescribe a good medicine for her fast recover.

He is suffering from allergies for last two months. We consulted with doctor in kolkata apollo hospital. After investigation like pollen tricks as food, insect, dust, etc doctor advised to take allergies bio daily 1 call in empty stomach for one month and telekast l kid at night 1 tab after dinner for three months. My son is taking meds for last month, but result is not up to the mark. Last 2/3 days the allergies is quite extreme. What should we do as a parent. please advice how my son get rid of these problem.
