Levocetricine is a anti cold medicine and montelukast is a allergic medicine. Pharmacologically levocetrizine is a new generation Anti histaminic and montelukast a leukotriene antogonist.
L montus is a combination of above two tablets given for allergic rhinitis. Allergic asthma allergic cough etc kindly revert back.

Hello you are addicted to monticope. As it is levoctrizine. It blocks some messanger which are needed for body. Intially it helps in inflammation cold cough n asthma. But later on it prevents your body basic function. You should stop this slowly by reducing in amount. Do not stop all of sudden. Start taking half tablet at first and then reduce quantity.

1st of all is there any h/o asthma or allergy in family?
if yes and child has repeated cough then child may have allergic components
take some minor precautions - do not introduce any top milk before 1 yr, do not your perfumes or all out good night like components you r giving montecope contain montelukast which is not recommended before 2 yes of age you can start budecort mdi 100microgram twice a day and give asthalin nebulization on require basis.
