l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.

Levocetricine is a anti cold medicine and montelukast is a allergic medicine. Pharmacologically levocetrizine is a new generation Anti histaminic and montelukast a leukotriene antogonist.
L montus is a combination of above two tablets given for allergic rhinitis. Allergic asthma allergic cough etc kindly revert back.

The product you are referring is Ajinomoto chemically known as Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG). This added to not only Chinese food but many packaged foods contain it. It stimulate nervous system excessively. Can increase appetite. It is also addictive. It an unhealthy and dangerous chemical, should not be used. It is not made from pigs as you have mentioned.
