Montek fx contains montelukast and fexofenadine. Fexofenadine is pregnancy category c drug.
Better option will be montek lc which contains cetrizine along with montelukast.
Cetrizine is pregnancy category b drug and much safer.

Yes it has soo many adverse effects,,it is a immune suppressive drug soo it will be better not to take for long

l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
